DRSM60-05A4AZMK, Compact Linear Actuator, Absolute Encoder

One of our customers is looking for DRSM60-05A4AZMK, 60 mm Compact Linear Actuator, Absolute Encoder for super finishing application.
Indeed, we required a few clarifications for the following:

Requirement:
Application: Superfinishing operation of the gear shaft.
Required stroke: 25 mm
Environment: Cutting oil indirect oil mist will be present.
The thrust force will be 300 N.

Clarification to be required:
• Please let us know whether this actuator is recommendable for mounting on the vibration system ?? because the complete setup will be mounted on the pneumatic vibration system.
• If this is recommendable for vibration systems then what would be the lifetime of an encoder feedback system.
• There will be Cutting oil indirect oil mist will be present, the fumes will be sprinkling on the motor surface, so please let us know this actuator is suitable for this application ??
• Also let us know the least delivery time for this product with driver combination.

Hello,

For this application its not recommended to be used in a environment with excessive vibration or with any liquid that could splash on the actuator since this does not have any IP protection. Unfortunately we don't have an actuator that we could recommend in this type of application.
