Shaft Run-Out, Axial Play, Radial Play for Brushless Motors

Q: I'm looking for more mechanical specifications of your BLH series brushless motor output shafts. I'm working on a pretty sensitive motor application where the load cannot move much. Can you provide me the shaft run-out, the radial play, and the axial play?

A: The shaft runout for AC or BL motor and gearheads are not tested, therefore there is no specification.These are not guaranteed specs as a reference value use values below.

0.1 mm (0.004 in.) T.I.R.
Concentricity
0.075 mm (0.003 in.) T.I.R.
Perpendicularity
0.075 mm (0.003 in.) T.I.R.
Radial Play
0.025 mm (0.001 in.) maximum of 5 N (1.12 lb.)
Axial Play
0.4 mm (0.012 in.) maximum of 10 N (2.2 lb.)
