BX: Single-phase or three-phase?

Postby om_tech_support_JT » Fri Mar 09, 2012 4:16 pm

Q: I have a BX460C-A motor and driver system from your BX series. In the specifications, I see both single-phase and three-phase 230VAC input power supply listed for the driver. Does this driver take single-phase or three-phase power?

A: Actually, this driver takes both single and three-phase 230VAC input. Just follow the manual on page 27 of the manual. If you are using single-phase 230VAC, then connect Live to terminal L2, and Neutral to terminal L3. If you are using three-phase 230VAC, then connect power U/V/W to terminals L1/L2/L3.

(If the link doesn't work, please locate the manual by doing part number search.)
