Hello!
I am using BXS6400-CM-20FR-3 brushless DC motor,SW1 no 1 is ON & 2,3,4th switches are OFF(Position control mode).
When i try to jog the motor, there is jurk in the movement.
The motor is subjected to load of around 2Nm, is there any parameters i need to change so that motor will adjust to this load?
BXS series in position control mode

Re: BXS series in position control mode
Hi jayaramms,
The BXS6400-CM-20FR-3 package model outputs 22.10 N-m of rated torque so it should be able to handle a 2 N-m fine without stalling. I would have to understand your jerky motor motion in order to provide any useful advice. For example, does the jerky motion always occur at the beginning or end of move? What are your jogging parameters? My first thought would be to increase the accel/decel time to reduce the jerky motion. You can change this within the MEXE02 software or OPX-2A control module. Let me know if that changes anything.
